Three steps. Then you forget it's there.

  1. Add it to Chrome

One click from the Chrome Web Store. No account to create.

  2. Type like you always do

Write an email, a chat message, a LinkedIn post. Caret waits until you pause.

  3. It's already fixed

Spelling, grammar and punctuation are corrected in place. A small note shows what changed, with Undo.

Fixes mistakes. Doesn't rewrite you.

Other tools turn every message into corporate English. Caret only touches what's wrong.

  • Your tone, slang, emojis and Hinglish stay exactly as you wrote them.
  • If a fix would change too many words, Caret leaves your text alone.
  • Undo any fix with one click, or press Report if it got something wrong.

Private by design.

Read the full privacy policy.

  • Text is sent only after you pause, only to be corrected, and is never stored.
  • Caret never touches password, email address, card or OTP fields, or code editors.
  • Pause Caret on any site with one click from your toolbar.

Free while in beta.

Every feature is free during the beta. Paid plans come later, with a free tier that stays. See planned pricing.
